Customers

The Customers tab provides a centralized view of all customers who have completed checkouts on your storefront. Customer records are automatically created when someone completes a purchase, giving you valuable insights into your customer base.

Customer records are generated automatically when a checkout is completed:

  • No manual entry or setup required
  • Customers are created instantly upon successful payment
  • Each customer receives a unique record in your system
  • Information is pulled directly from the checkout process

This automatic process ensures you always have an up-to-date customer database without any additional work.

Each customer record includes the following details:

  • Name: The customer’s full name as entered during checkout
  • Email: The email address provided at checkout
  • Purchase History: View all products and subscriptions associated with the customer
  • Transaction Details: See the complete checkout and payment information

All information is based on what customers enter during the checkout process, ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance.

To access detailed information about a specific customer:

  1. Navigate to the Customers tab in your E-Commerce section
  2. Browse the list of customers or use search to find specific records
